Welcome to my world
I have always been drawn to the magic hidden in the everyday — the shimmer of light through leaves, the gentle gaze of an animal, the quiet poetry of a bird in flight. As a child in Poland, I discovered my first lens through my father’s darkroom, learning early that moments can be captured, cherished, and transformed into art. Photography became my first language of creativity, and for years I explored the world through its frame, capturing animals, people, landscapes, and the unseen stories between them.
After 17 years in Barcelona, I moved to Sweden. Life shifted, and so did I. The divorce, the change of culture, the new rhythms of nature — they opened a door within me. I discovered painting at the Milan Art Institute and unlocked a realm I had always sensed but never fully entered. Now, animals and nature speak to me also through paint, not only pixels, and each work is an invitation to dream, to wonder, and to believe in the magic that surrounds us.
Today, I live on the enchanting island of Gotland with my loving partner Lawrence and my dog Fosca. I am building a collection of birds and other creatures that celebrate nature’s beauty, guided by curiosity, compassion, and the inspiration of great souls like Jane Goodall, Marivi Simona, Gregory Colbert, among others. Through my art, I hope to awaken the same sense of awe and possibility that transformed my own life — a reminder that the extraordinary is never far from our reach.
